These Terms govern your use of the Vestah application, website, and related services. By using Vestah, you agree to these Terms.
Beta Software
Vestah is currently a private beta product.
Features, behavior, and data structures may change as the product evolves.
While every effort is made to protect your information, you should not rely on Vestah as the sole repository for irreplaceable information during the beta period.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
You may sign in using supported identity providers such as Google or Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for activities performed using your account.
Your Content
The information you add to Vestah remains yours.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you choose to store or share through Vestah is appropriate and that you have the right to do so.
AI Insights
AI Insights are an optional feature.
If enabled, Vestah may generate suggestions using information you have chosen to store.
AI-generated content:
- is informational only;
- may be incomplete or inaccurate;
- should be reviewed before relying on it;
- never automatically changes your records.
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated suggestions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vestah to:
- attempt unauthorized access to Vestah systems;
- interfere with service operation;
- upload malicious software or harmful content;
- use Vestah in violation of applicable law;
- attempt to access another user's information without authorization.
Availability
Because Vestah is an evolving service, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Features may change, be modified, or be removed without prior notice.
Maintenance or temporary interruptions may occur.
Intellectual Property
The Vestah software, design, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Vestah or its underlying technology.
Limitation of Liability
Vestah is provided "as is" during the beta period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestah is provided without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Vestah if these Terms are violated or if continued access would threaten the security or operation of the service.
You may stop using Vestah at any time.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as Vestah evolves.
Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
